A Sampling of Isa Creations at the Pink Attic Cat

I can't believe another week has come and gone.  I worked with Kindergarten and 4th grade this past week when I worked as a substitute teacher on Monday and Wednesday.  I am scheduled to work next Monday, in my son's 4th grade class.  This will be a first for both of us.

My 16 year old daughter has been driving herself to school for the past 2 weeks, soon after she got her driver's license.   Although part of me is still getting use to the very idea of her driving herself to and from school, I have to admit it has been nice to not have to pick her up from school after Tennis practice.  However, on days like today where the wet icy snow keeps falling.... I worry.

My son Alex's artwork was selected to represent his 4th grade class (a boy and girl is selected per grade).  The open house at a local college is tonight.  Both of my kids are creative, however, more recently I see more of it in Alex.  Laura is too busy with high school AP classes and Tennis.

I was at the Pink Attic Cat on Tuesday.  I love how Amy always transforms her shop to reflect the seasons.  Although it is snowing as I write this, we have had a small peak into Spring.

Yeah!  Spring is on it's way, even if we are in a pattern of Snow, Sunshine, Snow again!!

Anyway, here are a few pictures of a sampling of Isa Creations handcrafted items at the Pink Attic Cat located at  2555 W. Alamo, Littleton, CO 80123.  Visit the Pink Attic Cat's Facebook page here.

Lined Zippered Bags - iPad/Kindle Fire/Nook -- A small sample now listed on Etsy

Listing my lined zippered bags has been on my "to do" list for a very long time...a few months.  I should probably be sleeping but I am up so I decided to be productive...list some new items to my Etsy Shop Isa Creations Vintage.

I have 2 more I want to list but I need to take pictures  but I am now too tired and really should try to get at least a few hours of sleep.

UPDATE:

I followed through!  I finished the edits, took pictures for 2 more Lined Zippered Bags and just finished posting them on my Etsy shop, Isa Creations Vintage.

New Listing...Isa Creations Vintage Etsy Shop

This week has truly been about multi-tasking.  One of my goals for this week was to add new listings to my Etsy shop, Isa Creations Vintage.   I have to admit, this is a process I don't really enjoy.  Taking pictures, editing pictures, posting listing....

I really need to improve my attitude on this.  It's really not that bad, especially with Etsy making it easier to list items.  Anyway, today (actually yesterday since it's now Thursday!) I made a point to take the time to do all of the above.  Here is a snapshot of my new listings, including my new heart shaped vintage linen pin cushions.

My next goal is to add listing of my vintage embroidered linen birds.  I want to take pictures using a beautiful antique bird house my husband purchased for me at an Auction.  Problem is I want to take the pictures outside but it has been frigid cold.  Thankfully, the forecast is for warmer weather.

Isa Creations Vintage ...My Etsy Shop

Although it has taken some time, I think I finally got my Etsy shop,  Isa Creations Vintage updated.  My goal is to have a sample of all the items I have available for sale at local markets and craft shows.  It is impossible to list everything I have available to sell on my Etsy site but I am happy with the sampling I have listed on Etsy.

I have updated my Facebook page, Isa Creations Vintage as well.

Here is a view of a portion of my main page on my Etsy shop, Isa Creations Vintage.

Laura's Confirmation & Etsy

This past weekend was busy but fun.  My sister and my two nephews, Tony and Santos came to visit us.  They arrived Thursday morning and stayed through late Saturday night.  My 14 year old daughter Laura celebrated her Confirmation last Thursday night at Light of the World Catholic Church.  My sister was her sponsor.  This was a special moment for Laura and my sister Gaby.  This coming weekend will also be very special.  My parents will be visiting from El Paso to be here when my 8 year old,  Alex  celebrates his First Communion.

I am proud to say this morning has been productive.  I have added many new totes and  vintage hankie dresses to my Etsy Shop, Isa Creations Vintage.  My sister Gaby is a great supporter of my work and always give me great encouragement.  She was very happy when she returned to El Paso with two tote bags, lavender scented sachet and many magnets.  I love making one of a kind items that my sister loves...best of all, I love giving them to her.

So, here is a glimpse at the items now listed on Isa Creations Vintage.
