Embroidered Baby Animals Embroidered Squares Repurposed in Baby Buntings/Garlands

When I found a stack of embroidered squares, along with portions of these squares in what appeared to be the start of putting a quilt together, I immediately knew I had to purchase them.  Until now, I have created many type of Garlands/Buntings but these (along with the bear garlands/bunting from yesterday's post) are the first garlands I have created perfect for a little babies room.

I chose fabrics for the back of each bunting that had that old vintage look.  The rick rack is all vintage, from numerous estate sales.  I love using all those vintage finds into new re-purposed items.  Keeping with the baby theme, I used fabric and color rick rack to complement a nursery for a baby girl, baby boy or both.

All those wonderfully embroidered baby animals squares allowed me to create 5 Garlands/Buntings.  They will all be available this Saturday, September 5th at A Paris Street Market in Aspen Grove, Littleton, CO.
